Jess how much have you lost so far, you sound like me I love all that stuff you posted urhhhhh, lucky Im doing keto so I load up on carb Fri afternoon till Sat evening.

Add greens more greens, like Wheat Grass Shots etc, salads you will see your tummy go down and you must do some sort of stomach excursive, Seeds, berries, Greens, Onions, Mushrooms will shrink your tummy
