  • Hi Haleynb818--yes it is very possible you are putting on muscle, but really the only weigh you can be sure of that is if you do a body fat check. If possible it may be worth investing in a pair of fat calipers so that when you weigh yourself you see how much actual fat you are losing versus "lean body" weight.

  • If you mean my chicken casserole, I use either Low-Fat PLAIN yogurt or Regular Plain Yogurt. Don't use greek or high-protein yogurts for this as they will get "crumbly" in the dish and not blend well with everything else. I hope I'm answering the right question :)
  • I like to cut them in half lengthwise and saute them in a little olive oil, garlic, hot pepper flake, and just before serving toss with some fresh lemon juice. Lemon juice really takes the bitterness of dark greens down and the hot pepper flake gives them a little "zing" :D
