  • How many calories are you taking in? I'm doing between 1,700 and 1,800. I started this coming right off of Insanity, so I am trying to avoid losing more weight. I just want to look healthy (muscular/athletic) and not skinny. I am also aiming for 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 40% fat.

  • Did you measure? I started at 103 and want to maintain between there and 105. I just finished Burn phase and am still 103 yet I lost a half inch off of my waist.
