I just finished. It was more like a 32 Day Shred for me, because I did miss two days. I also missed two other days but made up for it by doing the shred twice in one day, morning and night. I am on day 13 of the 30 Day Shred. I am doing Level 2 for the third day. I have only missed one day so far, but I made up for it by doing the Shred twice the next day, once in the morning and once at night.
