    I'm on day 10, first day of level 2. I hate level 2. I know its supposed to be harder but it seems mainly focused on shoulders. hm, maybe Ill start liking it after a few days.
    I've lost 4 pounds already though!

    I love level 2 of the 30 day shred, it's by far the toughest of them all (inc level 3).

    D4L1 done. I had to skip Day 4 for two days because there's something clicking at my right elbow when I bend it. But yesterday, it seems fine so I just pulled my game face on and finished Day 4,.

    I was not able to do the cardio for straight 30 seconds. I have to gasp for air for a few seconds. Next time I'll hit the elliptical after the Shred and not the other way around. My shoulders are not too sore anymore. We can do these ladies.

    How long are you suppose to stay on each level. I am on my first day but was wondering how long i am suppose to stay on each level.

    10 days per level. The video has 3 levels. 10 days x 3 Levels = 30 Day Shred

    Im on day 18. First time I m sticking to a routine. have tsken measurements. i already can see a lot of change in my body. Anyone wants support can add me as ur friend :-)

    I'm starting tonight. I've attempted it many times but never did the full 30 days! My colleague has said it's excellent and knows someone who dropped 2 dress sizes!! :smile:

    Today is D3L1 for me....I watched the video before doing it for the first time and I thought I can't believe all these people are getting such great results it looks so easy......ummm....it is kicking my butt!
  • Tonight is my final night on level one. I can tell a diffrence in my endurance :happy: . Looking forward to starting level two!!

    Got the DVD around 8 mos ago but have yet to try it - I'm in!!
  • I've got the Jillian Michael's BodyRevolution program and I started it in January, lasted about 2 weeks and then quit. It's tough with nobody to work out with. I don't have the Shred program, but I'll certainly start on Monday with the Body Revolution program. It's a great program, but when you have a lot to lose, you just need to take it slow and do as much as you can. Pause the CD if you have to, then start again after you get your breath, but I promise you it's worth it. I felt soooo good after the 1st week. Can't wait to start again with you guys!

  • I'm in! Couple of questions....I have done level 1 & 2, not in any particular order, but just to get a workout in. Do you literally do the same workout 10 straight on each level? For those of you who have done it and seen results, did you mix in any other workouts? How many calories did you eat? Last question....did you follow Jillian's diet plan! I have to lose this 12-15lbs!

    The thing is... I haven't noticed a single change. My measurements are exactly the same and my weight is exactly the same as when I started.
    Has anyone else had this?

    I am on day 13 of the 30 Day Shred. I am doing Level 2 for the third day. I have only missed one day so far, but I made up for it by doing the Shred twice the next day, once in the morning and once at night. When I started the 30 Day Shred, I quickly lost a few pounds, but my weight has stayed the same for a while now (hopefully because I am gaining muscle!) I am definitely noticing changes in my body!

    I am stretching 30 days into like 90. haha. I am trying to jog 2 days a week, 30DS 2 days a week, eliptical 1 day a week, and rest 2 days a week. My puppy needs her jogs and I need rest days (I get rashes if I don't rest). I'm also eating 1200-1300 calories a day.

    I just started 30DS last week but have been doing diet and exercise since January 1. Since starting 30DS, I've lost more weight and feel like my legs are stronger for the days I run.

    Why aren't you taking rest days?? Your body needs time to rest and recover! Your body may be fatiqued which will slow your progress. I definitely notice more results from Ripped in 30, which I plan on doing again after the Shred, but I have noticed results. Good luck!

    Hey how are you guys logging this for your exercise? I'm on day 2 and i've used 20 min of calisthenics so far but i want to make sure its as accurate as possiible.

    Hey guys, been doing this for two weeks. Started with level two because I was doing Jackie Warner DVDs for about a week before I started. I did level two and then level one 6 days a week for two weeks. I have been counting my calories and I have cheated a couple times but did stay with in my calories. Today I was feeling so good and strong until I put my pants on. They are as tight as when I started working out 4 weeks ago. What gives?? I am working so hard. Do I need to add cardio to Jillian DVD and if so how much?
