I just finished. It was more like a 32 Day Shred for me, because I did miss two days. I also missed two other days but made up for it by doing the shred twice in one day, morning and night. I spent ten days on each of the levels. I loved this workout! It was a challenge, but is totally doable. I lost 8 pounds during this 30 days. I am now at 140, and started this workout at 148. Only five more pounds to go until I reach my goal weight! More importantly, I have never felt more in shape and healthy in my life. My highest weight ever was 155, and I hope to never go back there again (unless, of course, I'm pregnant.. someday down the road).

I have just started too! I had to take the second day off and go for a walk instead as I could hardly move my legs! It looks like it will be a long 30 days for me. Back into it today....

How many calories are you logging for exercise for doing level 1? I just did my first routine today and don't know how to log it.

Most people use the MFP entry for Circuit Training.
