I just started LCHF diet 2 weeks ago..And really need friends for meal ideas ..I am trying to keep my carbs at 30g,but find I am eating the same thing over and over again..Feel free to add me...I could really use the help:smile:

I just started LCHF 2 weeks ago..I haven't weighed myself yet..But my clothes feel a bit looser..I am at the learning stage to this lifestyle change..Such as deciding what to eat and doing research ..I know I have more energy!!:)

I also have a hard time drinking water...My mother in law told me to start heating it up and drinking it warm...I really liked that idea..

Thank-you all for your advice..I know it takes time to lose the weight..And patience and alot of hard work is the key..I was just curious as to how often to weigh in and was nervous and heard of so many people giving up..I will just take it week by week til I reach my goal ..:smile:
