  • Count the weight of the barbell too. You're squating that weight just like the plates. No reason to short-change yourself
  • I was pretty active and in shape before I started T25 and I quickly realized I could do T25 in the mornings before work and then lift in the PM so I know for a fact that it's possible. I did once try and do two T25 workouts back-to-back and had issues as the first one was legs and by the end of it I was spent
  • I've been keeping mine for about a year now. It depends on my workout routine as I go through periods where I'm doing only lifting or at-home DVDs like T25 or Les Mills Pump. For the most part it's all the same, a narrative diary with a quick list of what I did. This morning's entry looked something like this; Workout: T25…
  • I agree that Focus T25 is great. I burn between 300-350 calories per workout. I think the best thing about it is that I can give it my max effort for 25 straight minutes. Even when I'm exhausted and can't do another rep, I just switch to whatever the modifier move is and continue working

But I wasn't worried about that. I did it with friends and we did our best, nothing wrong with any of that in my opinion. I wouldn't worry…
  • My quads would beg to differ haha It depends on how much weight you use. I think the program is more about toning than building big large muscles. But I promise that at the end of every squat track, my legs are shaking and that's with just 30lbs on my bar. I do plan on buying more later down the road though.
  • I'm a beachbody coach, but don't let that take away from my opinion. A little background of me. I was introduced to at-home workouts with P90X and enjoyed it. Got results I wanted and was very happy with it. I was limited in what I could do though, didn't own a set of dumbbells that allowed me to do all the workouts,…
  • I had issues with shin splints and decided to get new shoes. Went to my local running store where they watched me on a treadmill and decided I needed better shoes with more stability. Talked to them for a while, they recommended some shoes...so I went online and found similar ones for half the price. Haven't had issues…
