Week one and did well. Started T25 and did all 5 days plus activity on day 6. Nutrition: improved but did not cut out bread and sugar completely. Wellness: I did start my journal. Reward: got a beautiful shade of light blue nail polish :happy: Ready to set goals for week 2. (Down 5 lbs as of this morning :bigsmile: )

It is disappointing when "the scale" does not reflect efforts, but keep up the good work- it will pay off. Be proud of the work and effort you put forth. My guess is you will see the pay off soon. Check measurements- sometimes those will change when the scale doesn't! Keep on going! ????

Yesterday was first time to do WO 12 and I sweated like nobody's business- what a session! OK I had issues with the wheel push ups so I figured I have 2 weeks to improve. Could get up but could not do a push up...:grumble: So my goal is to do at least one wheel push up before ending the program next week!
