I would like to lose 10lbs. Trying to get back into good eating habits because I gained some back over summer.

I have done 5:2 for a few months, but found it really hard to maintain long term. Too many variables in day to day life to plan out fast days. My husband and I are currently doing 16:8 and having good results with it. We eat for an 8 hour window after our first bit of food. For example, I eat my first bit of food at 10 am,…

28, with a few more pounds to lose. I am finding it harder to stay on track the closer I get to goal. I splurge more :(

I remember at my heaviest (163lbs on a 5'2" body) that even when I asked if I looked too big (because I knew I did), no one would say yes. Only finally did my husband say that if I felt too big then I needed to do something. I think people are afraid of hurting your feelings when you are heavy. Now, however, lots of people…

I plan my meals out, but I have some days that I just seem to be more hungry. Drinking plenty of water helps and avoiding empty calories. I have had such a hard time lately with my birthday and extra treats. I really notice sugary foods seem to make the hunger worse.

Height 5'2" SW: 163 CW: 134.5 GW: 125 Although I would be fine to be at 130 if I was toned and fit. I have so many people tell me I don't need to lose anymore weight, but I know what is under my clothes!

I want to get to my target weight and get back into my healthy eating routine, then I will re-evaluate to see if I need to lose an extra five lbs. or just tone up. Realistic goal: 5.5 lbs Wishful goal 10.5 lbs Good luck to everyone!

skinnytaste.com has awesome recipes and easily scaled down for two people or one with leftovers. Some of my go to meals that are lower in calories are sweet potatoes with cinnamon and stevia, chicken stirfry with mixed veggies, and chili with ground turkey.

I am 5'2" and weighed 163 when I first started losing weight. I started eating 1250 a day and walking 20 minutes 3-4 times a week. After 25 months, I upped to 1350-1400 a day and walk 3-4 times a week as well as hike and circuit train a few times a week. I currently weigh 131. I do eat exercise back but try to make them…

I love skinnytaste.com crockpot italian turkey meatballs made with lean ground turkey. I prepare the meatballs the night before and put them and my sauce in the crockpot in the am. Boil some whole wheat pasta that evening and top with my meatballs. So good. My husband likes them too.

I like black beans, pico de gallo, and some low fat mexican blend cheese. Heat a little but so the cheese melts, so yummy.

Chick fil a chargrilled chicken sandwich with side salad and light Italian dressing. 415 calories and a ton of yummy food.

Parsley is great for bloating. I take it and some garlic and olive oil and make a pesto. I spread it on a piece of whole grain toast. You can also just eat it raw or add it and some lemon to water, let it blend overnight, strain, then drink in the am for bloat.

I usually saute tomatoes, broccoli and cauliflower with a little garlic and a small bit of olive oil. Then, toss veggies and some goat cheese ( one ounce a serving) with the pasta. It's really good and the goat cheese mimics a creamy sauce.

I have been cooking more at home and trying not to run errands if I know it coincides with a meal time.I have a hard time with willpower and I am not at the point where I can just take a small bite. I also keep my healthy snacks in my purse in case I am struggling.

That is the time of day I try to have a snack. It really helps keep my energy up. Some of my favorites are Trader Joe's zero point queso dip with a handful of their two point veggie chips, a reduced guilt Trader Joe brownie muffin (only 3 points plus), or a laughing cow cheese wedge and celery (1 point plus).
