weight - 112-114 (it keeps changing the samn thing even upto 120 at times!) (changing on a day to day basis......)

big boned and even a gain of a pound can be seen. have huge thighs and bum! FEB 2013 my weight was 104-104 pounds i was dissapearing hips up and my legs were....... gigantic!

4'11.5" here. I'm in the 120s but I'm not sure my exact weight since I weigh myself only once or twice a month. My goal weight is 105-110 (but that's my normal weight). This is the heaviest I've ever been and I'm just trying to get back to normal.0

I eat 1200 calories and if I exercise, I eat the calories so that I am always never below 1200
I experience steady weight loss if I stick with my plan. I experience steady weight gain if I don't. I am post menopause by 16 years (early onset) and I must say that it has been the yucky difference. I was never above 107 for most of my adolescent through adult years. It has been a *****.0 -

I take in 1200 calories on rest/normal days.
On reset days I takein 1400-1700 calories.
I do light exercise only like desk cycling or arm bike. But not daily. Just when I feel like it.

MFP put me on 1200 cals, thought I earn more through exercise: Curves (with Smart tag) almost every day, plus I use a FitBit One to make sure I burn about 2450 cals a day through walking as well. So far I've lost about 1.4lb a week on average since I started this in April this year, though recent holidays and visitors have slowed that a bit!0 -

LW: recent -- 113 (about a year ago but couldn't maintain it!!). I weighed 97 lbs in high school but I did track and cross country 3+ hours a day ... and that was nearly ten years ago.
GW: 105-110? No magic number, I just don't need this much squish in the middle. I am very busty (30GG) and I have pretty thick legs ... and I'd like to keep it that way!
I've been on MFP since 2011 and I initially lost 33 lbs during my first year using this site. I also walked 30-90 minutes a day and did the 30 Day Shred one and a half times (got annoyed with Jillian the second time around). At that time I was netting 1000-1300 calories and I wasn't really doing any super strenuous workouts or lifting anything more than 3 lbs. Eventually I got bored, joined a gym, took fitness classes like Zumba, yoga, pilates, weighted aerobics, began using weight machines and cardio machines, and I gained about 10-12 lbs which I could NOT attribute to muscle. The more I worked out, the more I wanted to eat eat eat eat eat!! And eat some more! After a few months of constantly gaining pounds (and inches!) I basically quit going to the gym and did the couch to 5k program. That brought me back down to 113-115 lbs for my second time since attempting weight loss and fitness. THEN Hurricane Sandy happened, messed my whole world up for a while, and I gained back that same 10-12 lbs! And it's been a year and it hasn't budged -- not for my lack of trying! I added some weights and Zumba back into my workouts, but it seems like my body just wants to stay at 125 lbs! I net anywhere from 1000-1700 calories a day depending on how hungry I am, and I usually eat back most of my exercise calories or I am otherwise ravenous.
Any of you ladies able to lose it AND keep it off? I feel like getting into the 120s was pretty easy, but getting below that is extremely difficult, and then staying there?? Holy moly!0 -

I am doing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution right now. I just finished week 9 today. I track all my food and make sure I drink plenty of water. I do try to save some calories during the week so I can go over my allotment, which is 1200 plus exercise calories.0 -
I am 5'2" Current weight 118 lbs, I have a 5 month old baby and have lost over 25 lbs since she was born. My key was to stay as healthy as possible during pregnancy to avoid unnecessary weight gain and take in the best possible nutrition for my healthy growing baby. Exercise-wise all I could do was walk...Now that I am able to workout again I have joined a gym and have continued on my nutrition plan with Herbalife. I co-own a nutrition club and am a health coach.0

I'm 5', starting weight 146.7 and goal weight of 115lbs. I'm just watching what I eat really and doing some cardio in the gym or taking my dog on 3 mile walks (he won't go out in the wet so I do whichever the weather dictates lol)0

4 ft 10 here! Starting weight 227.5 (yikes), Current weight 192, Goal weight 160 and UGW 150. Stuck trying to decide if I shld be eating MORE or LESS right about now. My tdee-20% is like 1700 but to me for the amount of weight I need to lose and being 4ft 10, that is ALOT of food! Sooo, I am stuck right now.0

SW - somewhere above 156lbs, not certain as I was 2 weeks in to my 'diet' before I got up the nerve to actually weigh in.
CW - 145lbs
GW - 120-125lbs depending on how I look.
I exercise 6 days a week - 3days heavy lifting, 3 days Cardio. This is the easy bit - I really enjoy exercising.

I'm 5' my starting weight was ~163#, my current weight is 125# and my goal weigh is somewhere in the neighborhood of 110# give or take 2 or 3.
I'm eating at a deficit, low carb to keep my blood sugars in check (T2D) and weight training using compound movements & heavy weights (for me).0 -

I'm 5ft 1inch and my starting weight was 192, I am currently 167 and my goal weight is 120 - 130. I have been sticking to a calorie limit of 1320. Some days I go over, some days I go under but in general it is around there. When I am in work I walk 10,000 steps a day and only eat back a small amount of my exercise calories back. Seems to be working so far!0
