  • Read labels! There are lots of delicious, low-calorie snacks out there to satisfy those in-between-meal urges, as well as water. My favorites are Klondike Slim-a Bear ice cream sandwiches and fig bars. Wasa crispbreads are good too!
  • Why waste harmful calories drenching your salad with dressing? Wishbone salad spritzers give you just enough flavor without the calories, and there's quite a selection. Try it!
