I love stir fry, it's the one thing I can make for my diverse family that EVERYONE will eat and love. If you don't need more protein for the day, the veggies alone, with a little ginger seasoning, skip the soy sauce, make a great snack.0

I drink a protein drink EAS Low Carb. its 110 cals and chock full of good for you stuff. it keeps away the hungries and isn't empty calories. Celery is a wonderful food. I am one of the lucky ones who don't get hungry between meals maybe that's why.0

Read labels! There are lots of delicious, low-calorie snacks out there to satisfy those in-between-meal urges, as well as water. My favorites are Klondike Slim-a Bear ice cream sandwiches and fig bars. Wasa crispbreads are good too!0
