I try and pick lowfat sweets like 90 calorie granola bars and if I have to have ice cream, I will have a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich. Only 140 calories and 2 grams of fat. And I try not to eat after 7pm...which seems to help with my weight loss.

Try to walk or run every day for at least 20 minutes and eat more frequently but less calories to speed up your metabolism. Depending on your body and dedication, it could take weeks or months to reach your goal. Good luck!!

It takes time...and patience. I just recently started noticing a difference after losing 25 pounds all together. And I still feel fat even though my clothes are a lot looser. I know I still have a ways to go and that's okay. Hang in there...you will start noticing soon!

If I have to eat fast food, I try and opt for things like a Fruit and Maple Oatmeal from McDonalds or a small, plain hamburger/a side salad. It is hard but I try and resist the huge sandwiches and french fries.

I like to brown it in a skillet with olive oil, italian seasoning and mushrooms and throw it over a bed of mixed baby greens lettuce. Healthy and easy! Or bake it in a 350 degree oven and put some fat free cream of mushroom soup over it. Yummy!

I have a 4 month old baby and am still breastfeeding him. I allow myself whatever mfp says daily and I graze on fruit/yogurt if I am still hungry. You only really need an extra 300 calories a day to produce an adequate milk supply because that is what we burn breastfeeding daily. I would take whatever mfp says and add 300…

I just try and do some cardio every day. At least 15-20 minutes a day at a 3.5 mph or greater pace. As long as you are under your calorie goal and exercising, you are doing fine :)
