Are there any "rules" on how many calories you should burn off by exercising, every day?

There are no rules as to how many calories you should burn through exercise. That being said... exercise is beneficial, but make sure you bring your NET calories back up to 1200 at a minimum.0

I just try and do some cardio every day. At least 15-20 minutes a day at a 3.5 mph or greater pace. As long as you are under your calorie goal and exercising, you are doing fine0
