Same here. Its easy for those to advise that who can but each body is different! You put too much stress on yourself to eat before a certain time. Surely grazing and smaller meals when hungry is better!

Drink water to get it flushed out of system. White tea is also good - helps settle stomach and gives you a boost.

I love white tea! Makes me feel good and settles my stomach. Good detox also if had a bad day the day before. I take it in evenings and as tastes different doesn't encourage any cravings for biscuits etc.

Thanks Michelle!! I don't eat cheese - due to skin conditions etc and im moving towards all soya products instead of dairy. Its trying to find good snacks that arnts nuts and cheeses really!

Thanks Skye!! I really need to work on eating. I prefer eating bigger meal in evenings but everyone says to have that at lunch and light at night. Maybe its the routine from family days of big meal at night etc I can't get over!

Congrats!! I got engaged in Dec also and after finally settling into new house got 9 months to get back on it. Was doing so well and slipped big style. Joining new gym in new town I moved to tonight. Really can't afford it - as Jan a tough month but sure if I don't do it now never will!! All best and well done for coming…

Just eat. And if you think this is too much that's natural. For the first month you will feel greedy but if you follow the plan you WILL lose. I keep telling my friend's fiancé to eat more and he does and keeps losing. Eventually you will adapt to smaller portions as that's the plan

Agree with above. Lost near 6 stone sworld but stayed there for over 18 months! Doing calorie counting kick-started me to lose another stone since. Once get to my goal will adapt sworld and calorie counting to maintain. I really miss pasta as eat it by the buckets at sworld but once I'm confident to eat more carbs again…

I have had this for years. Currently residing on scalp and top of legs. Finding for scalp using Head and Shoulders at least once a week is helping.
