Looking food diaries/inspiration for 1600 cals
So I have to up to 1600 calories but Im just lost what to do at lunch and dinner. Been told do bigger lunches but then in evenings Im lost. I can't eat lot of eggs due to skin conditions where I have to limit myself. What does everyone else do? Had done so well over summer but lost my way and just need some help :(

Lighter evening meals
Hi So the PT my partner and I have has told us to shake diet up a bit and to eat more at lunch time and a lighter meal in evenings. Any ideas what could make? Usually have chicken and salads or wraps etc but now moving that to lunch. What does everyone else make?

Want to buy 7 & 8 kg dumbbells - UK
Hi I want to get dumbbells for home but all 'packages' seem to be for the 1-3kg dumbbells. I have worked up to using 6/7/8kg depending on the exercise. Increasing water and staying same weight
I used to drink 2-3 litres water a day and now increased this to around 4 a day. Not forcing it but just more thirsty, no longer interested in tea and work out quite hard every evenings I drink more after gym to replenish it. However weight loss has stalled and maintained. gained 2lbs from 2 days relaxed yet worked butt off after!

Going over Sugar macro - how much is too much?

Working out calories for weights?
APologies if done before - still new to this site! I do a variety of weights on top of cardio since joining the gym. The machines you sit on and hand held dumbbells. I notice the exercise log doesn't show calories burned for these. How do you even try to estimate the number burned? Any help be great thanks!
