Hi
I seem to be just focused on calories when reviewing food diary but I notice I don't eat a lot of the allowed fat and carbs some days. Is this ok or am I ok to look at calories just?
Any help be fab.

Your diary isn't public, but if you meet the total calories and ar elow on fat and carbs then you have to be high on protein (or alcohol).
Check that the items you're logging have the full data in them - often things in the database only specify calories and hence you can be out on macros but spot on with calories.0 -
