Going over Sugar macro - how much is too much?

Hi

I know that going over sugars is enevitable and I seem to do this due to berries and fruit I eat.

Is being up to 40 over ok? Where is a line drawn to rethink the foods you eat and amount of sugar.

Any guidance would be great thanks!

    As long as it is from natural sugars as well as refined, don't worry. In fact, just stop worrying about sugar unless you have a medical reason to. :wink:

    Natural sugars from fruits and veg are fine. its refined and added sugars you need to be careful about. ie sweets cake etc.

    As long as you are not diabetic the natural sugars arent an issue.

    I know that natural sugars ok - just wondering if there was even too much of this? I used to eat a heck load of fruit and advised by trainer to cut it down. Just was wondering if I was still going too far.....
