I held hands up saying diary isn't fully logged last few days - im not always near a device in evenings and weekends at mo are hectic but I tally up in notes what having.

Will be doing advice from someone above about resetting my TDEE etc and more than likely need to shake things up. Need to get creative hat on for different lunches etc. Thanks so much.

Well seeing as my Blackberry doesn't log into MFP I am unable to. I set up a genuine post and you can see from previous posts I am sincere on this site and for you to be like that is quite unfair. Its not expecting to lost even more weight. I was lucky to average 3lbs a week and don't expect that to happen forever. Be happy with 1/1.5 a week as slower means longer off. I appreciate that. My food is usually accurately added - I just havn't been near a computer to be logged - I can see my last week doesn't look full…

At weekends I don't get near a computer to log, just tally it up on my phone as know the calorie intake. I reach 1400 every day. Im not expecting to lose MORE weight drinking more water. Im just wondering why losing inches and upping my exercising etc does water have an effect. That was all.

I been keeping the same deficit. For 10 weeks steadily lost with one week maintained. Now 3 weeks in row stayed same.

Ive done sworld and lost a lot now doing gym and calories to lose last bit as well as getting fit too. Sworld will give you those expectations - if I go home and eat pasta for whole week 4lbs off instantly. This is slower process but body changes faster with clothers looser and looking better fitted. Wow sounds great! Only thing is I can see once ask for few quid towards pedometers interest will be lost but thought would be fun. Should have really started it before summer but ah well. Thanks for tips! Realised walk to oz in title was way too ambitious!!

at moment 1400 does me grand (tho can't wait to up it when it needs to!) but Im really learning portion control which has been biggest change for me. Let us know how you get on!!

I started at 1200, couldn't hack it and up to 1400 and started losing. Once I stall I will probs up it again. Try it and see

I am the fat friend. And Ive had friends distance themselves one I became the friend who has bf out of everyone and getting slimmer and slimmer. One ex-friend looking back used to constantly give me all her food and refuse to eat. Havn't seen her since lost 6 stone..... love to see her face.

My friend advised me once which has worked since........ craving chocolate - have handful of almonds instead. Your not craving chocolate your craving (i forgot sorry) an element that may be magnesium ofr something similar. Instead its in almonds and it works everytime for me. Try it...........

15lbs down!! And got to stone week before goal for Bride no1 engagement party!! Ive upped exercise too with lot more walking on top of gym and drinking even more water. Hope everyone else doing well :-)

My question was asking people who did gym and walking how they found it. Some people only do gym and others walk and track calories. I was doing bits of both and only wanted to see what others thought. Thought that was what these forums were for................

When im out walking an hour plus its hard walking at a fast pace. Just noticed feeling hungrier in the last 2 weeks since taken this up. its not a dander to shops. Its 4 plus miles at a hard going pace.

Yea i go to gym 6 days week 60-80 mins mostly cardio with 15/20 mins using weights but as evenings lighter going for 1-2 hour walks also. Just wondered if should up calories to allow for this.

don't know if any specific white i drink white tea and its SAID to boost metabolism. Better than green tea and the taste can get used to after short time.

Just stick to your guns and say you have made this choice and commit to it. Usually its those closest to us are the worst supporters but one your amazing health shows that will keep them quiet. Just say no thanks and put emphasis on them why its a big deal how and what you eat. Will soon shut them up,
