yea it works - as you are not eating proper food. I dropped 3 stone in under 3 months 10 years ago and I cycled for an hour every day too. Slowly gained as went back to eating solids. Its not nice, its miserable and its only a quick fix. If you go for it hope works out for you but in the long term it will not help. Think…

I do weight and measure. I have went from 2 litres a day to probs 3-4 due to exercising a lot and have a litre at gym and probs another litre when home due to thirst. I get what you mean - sworld was at times a chore oh i best eat my apple at 10 and my yogurt at 2pm so now I only eat if and when hungry but its still way…

It takes time to like it - eventually one day you realise you really want it and when out and about you need to get a bottle of water of order a jug for your table instead of having fizzy drinks like everyone else. Yea my gym has poor air conditioning also so trying to work out in warm heat is rubbish. Im not being lazy - Im still doing over an hour exercise and 500-600 cals burned off a night but 2 weeks ago I was a girl who enjooyed it and talked about it. Now im like oh i have to do that tonight. Meh! lol

Good idea!! Im using being bridesmaid next year twice as motivation but thats next year. Just realised engagmenet party for one of the weddings is 5 weeks so got that to keep me through the summer to aim. Smaller goals better i think.

I didn't do much of it as moved house and then kinda forgot about it but if you really want to look better it will help. THink its aimed more at toning than weight loss so don't get too disheartened and others say by 3rd week it shows.

I think safe to say losing that much in short time is very drastic but you can try to do as much as you can at same time feeling better in yourself which will then show in photos. Exactly!! Ive suddenly developed getting so sweaty and red last few weeks but people have said to me it seems ive upped my game in gym and its paying off. If anything your putting others to shame who arn't!

I totally get that. Just i committed to a whole regmine and do Personal Trainer with my bf and lost a good amount in 2 weeks. I accept those 2lbs happily as before used to be worse but was just I did a lot of exercise after and not shifted anything. I lose better when Im a hermit but do get you can't hide away in life.…
