Definitely follow this advice. I recently had someone tell me that when they start to eat, they ask themselves, "Is this what Wendi would eat?" I said, "I don't monitor what you are eating" She said, "I know, but I am now." :wink:

I drink selter water. It's fizzy like soda but isn't sweet and full of stuff you don't want.

Howdy! I'm 4' 11 1/2" and hope to reach 124. It's a big goal, but I'm down 42lbs already!! :smile:

You can do it, dearie! I have lost 42lbs in 4 months with increased exercise and a healthy diet. Sounds like you are on the right track. Remember, feed your body. Be healthy instead of "Just not sick".
