that's because it's taken into account your exercise calories! you need to eat them to stop you going into starvation mode :) mine does that all the time!

what i did was use a ticker thingy on tickerfactory.com, you can only measure your waist but that's the only other alternative i could find! either that or just do one on the computer! this has been annoying me too! :(

I know it's really difficult trying to calculate calories when you're going out for a meal. i've got shoulder length hair but i tie it up all the time for work and my scalp hurts a lot too! dunno what to do about it.. can never be bothered to style it haha!

I agree I wouldn't count them at all! I suppose it would make you feel good to track them down to see your hard work, but then you run the risk of over eating. I dunno, do what you think is best :)!
