This may be a daft question but here goes!

I was out last night shakin' my thang at a club. Like seriously dancing my butt off. I also walked home with friends afterwards. Now. My question is, do the calories burned between 12am and 3am go under yesterdays calories burned or todays? Confuuuused!

Honestly, I would just not count them! You dont want to overestimate and then eat them and then be off when it comes to weigh in time

i would say yesteray. I count anything i did before i went to bed.
  • I agree I wouldn't count them at all! I suppose it would make you feel good to track them down to see your hard work, but then you run the risk of over eating. I dunno, do what you think is best :)!
  • I wouldn't count them either.

See this is my usual way. It's not a new day until I've been to bed!

I haven't ate those calories because that would involve eating at 3am! I just wanna track them so can see that I was at least active
