Protein and cholesterol are just something to keep your eye on....I mainly worry about calories, fat and sodium. Cholesterol is good to watch for your health (blood pressure, heart disease, stroke)!!!

I used to do midnight to midnight, but found it was not working for me. Now I do from the time I get up, to the time I go to slee...usually 5:30pm to 8:30am. I work weekends and automatically know Mondays I will be over in calories if I don't hit the gym! This is what has worked for me lately, but I change it if I need…

Pick another place for lunch and then take the kids to the park....or go to the park and pack a picnic!!!

Oh well.....today is a new start and guess what....you will eat there again and it will be OK!!!! This is not about limiting yourself, just being more aware of what you are eating and learning to eat better most of the time! After all...none of us a perfect all the time!!!:blushing:

The eliptical is my favorite machine, but I found that I needed to change my workout up a bit from time to time. It is NOT OK if you are having symptoms....dizziness....with it. I don't know how much you are restricting your salt, but you could also try drinking more fluids.
