For me personally it takes 25 lbs to be lost to lose a pant size. But I am also "morbidly obese" so there is a lot more fat from the entire body before I drop enough to fix in a size smaller. So discouraging and disheartening.

How is this restrictive? lol. I have a sugar addiction as bad as a heroin addiction (Doctors words) and this seems SUPER easy to do. I am so glad I seen this....I start this tomorrow. I would today but I had some Dr Pepper already lol

Well the image of me currently did not look like me at all. And it still made me look fat at my goal weight. Yes, I'd still be plus size at my goal weight but I wasn't huge at that weight before like the generator made me look.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with green tea. I like to sweeten it with stevia. It helps keep weight off and is a great source of natural energy. I am fully an advocate for green tea.

I lost 25 lbs in the first month doing that. Along with 5 total inches combined from my hips and waist.

I did it back in 2012 and tried again a few weeks ago and forgot how boring it is. But it gives good results so I'm thinking maybe I should start it again. Good luck to everyone.

I think it depends. If you have a semi high resistance then it can be good because it actually works your muscles as well. Otherwise, I don't find it too great, but regardless, cardio is cardio, and it's still better than nothing!

I just go with what MFP tells me lol. I am trying to reduce carbs and up protein, but that is what I am having problems with. I went from a diet of mostly carbs and sugar to what I am doing now.....

juicing can be wonderful as a single meal replacement daily, however, the other meals and snacks, you need a variety of foods. You are not nourishing your body well enough, and should be eating more. Also, jello? jello is just junk food.

I am the same way. I know it's boredom though. I eat dinner too early, and go to bed too late. Until I change that, I always, always leave extra calories for the end of the day because I know I will never, ever resist a late night snack.

Chia shots is what I get. Only 77 calories for 2 shots. That's quite a bit of seeds. I don't consider that high in calories at all.

I only do 1 sciop a day if I do more than just cardio workouts. Otherwise, I dont worry about my protein too much when I don't. I just try to get close bûnid not, no biggie. I just see it as unneeded calories if I dont workout. But I am also not trying to be a body builder lol.

I think some things are over like the cleaning, however, I have noticed that what mfp has is consistant with what I get from heart rate.
