Diet soda is bad on so many levels. If you want soda, drink the regular kind. Yes it has more calories, but compared to diet soda, its better for your body. But, soda in general is not gppd for you and has zero benefits. That being said, I am still DYING for a DrPepper or 10 right now lol

This works best for me too. Lets face it, when I have a sweet tooth, fruit is just NOT going to cut it. Same with my other cravings. I try to eat as clean as I personally possibly can stand, but some things, there is just no substitutions for.

So many? 2000 is cutting it down for me and is so difficult. I might be able to not be starving if I could get 2500. Maybe try some milk, or some juice. Not bad for you, and high in calories.

Well at first I was doing Insanity 6 days a week. I felt like that. And then recently, I started back up, but not insanity, just light work like hiking, light weights, a little bit of jogging, etc. And I still feel like that. I am drinking tons of water. But, maybe it could be my blood sugar. I will try that, thank you.

Take it slow. Junk food, and sugar addictions are much like drug addictions. Most can't just quit cold turkey. Don't even try. It causes stronger addictions and binge eating. Slowly cut down what you're eating, until you're not eating it anymore. The less you eat of it, the less crappy you will feel. I actually feel better…

lol even if I owned a scale, I was driving when I took the bite. It was a pretty small bite. Just enough to taste it since I can't eat it but wanted some lol. I agree. I also try to be in a deficit regardless what I eat, though I do try to eat the healthy stuff since I am in this for life.

I don't even fell like I ate anything. Not so much full. Just that I've ate at all.
