  • Yup, the dreaded C-section .... For me the area isnt sore on a regular basis, but the incision does get tender when the weather is bad. My doctor suggested doing crunches to help the muscles get stronger and to keep active in order to melt the fat away. Pounch will never go away 100% but with ALOT of effort and strenght…
