  • most of my life it has been chocolate and French fries. Now days it is salty crunchy stuff. Salt and vinegar chips would be perfect!
  • No, since the food log is a tool to help me, what would I gain by BS-ing? I occasionally forget to log a snack but generally add it the next day.

  • Protein is really easy. Get a copy of the old book Diet for a Small Planet and it explains how to combine foods for pleanty of protein. There are lots of books that are more modern but this was one of the first to explain the comcept of protein complimentarity.

  • I assume you work at a commercial dairy. At home ( family farm) we filtered the milk and chilled, then drank or used it and all have lived long healthy lives. I would never drink ANY milk from the feed lots that they call Dairys here in AZ
  • used to do exercise at a nursing home with folks in Wheel Chairs. There is actually a lot you can do though it is more fun to do as a group. Some public TV chanels have exercise programs for folks who need to be sitting down. These may help. Main thing is, Keep doing whatever you can and push to do just a little bit more.…
