  • I'm running this with some friends and am SOO excited! :) Feel free to add me!
  • What everyone said here! Also, I love baking tofu in curry or other spices and then having them in the fridge to snack on. suppa yum!!
  • Greek Yogyurt! I make sure to ALWAYS buy the cheapest brand and usually only stuff that is on sale. But for some reason, all brands of greek yogurt are so so expensive and so I can only eat it once and a while! also, asparagus and grapes... (and all other yummy veggies/fruits that are out of season) all the tearss
  • The same thing happened to me as well! I ended up gaining back about 6+ pounds after quitting Cipralex. How long have you been off it for? For me, the first month off I felt sick all of the time and couldn't even eat. However after that I started craving and giving in to all the food (and that's where all my weight gain…
  • I grow tomatoes, lettuces, rhubarb, beans, raspberries, and a couple 'special' plants if you catch my drift ;) I love to garden, but sadly the soil in my backyard isn't the greatest and so most things don't grow.

  • I often bring a water bottle and plant it somewhere on the trail so I can have water on the way back!
  • I can only bench about 65lbs right now. :( It's my worst lift for some reason! ahh
  • I would suggest PB2. Otherwise, cut it out completely. For me, I even ate PB2 like crazy! It's low in fat and calories, but I still couldn't help myself from eating half the jar in one day. Maybe you'd have better luck with it, though. :) It tastes just like peanut butter, and even comes in a chocolate version!
  • You can make yourself a huge smoothie with fruit, oats, protein powder, yogurt and whatever else fills you up! It takes me less than five minutes and keeps me going for a while Like lots of people already mentioned, overnight oatmeal is a good option as well!
  • I would not recommend it. You should take a night off from calorie counting and just enjoy the night and have fun! :) If it is stressing out, just try to remember that you will be dancing a lot and that will be burning lots of calories. Probably just as much as your daily workout!
  • I'm running my first ever Spartan in less than a month! I'm super excited but also freaking out inside. I'm terrified I wont be able to complete any of the obstacles (like climbing rope, 7 foot wall climb, ect...) I've been trying to train my upper body and grip for it but I'm not really making much progress. arg! It's…
  • The Mono Diet. You eat only one food per day. (For example, monday you will ONLY eat eggs. nothing else) uh...................
  • You all look amazing! Once I start seeing better progress I'll definitely share some of mine :)
  • (overnight) oatmeal with protein powder and fruit! (it's the best with microwaved banana  ) A big ol' bowl of yogurt and fruit/nuts/coconut pancake: 1 egg, 1/2 banana, pumpkin puree, and protein powder A couple pieces of fruit and a big cup of coffee I've tried lots of breakfast idea with eggs+veggies, however they…
  • Oh my gosh, I hoop myself and have always wondered how many calories I burn! Prancing around and doing tricks and such really works up a sweat. I'm surprised it's that much, though. wow
  • I run until I'm out of breathe and (sometimes) when I feel like I'm going to throw up! I usually take a small walk, feel better, and then start running again. I wish I could run endlessly but my lungs simply do not allow it.
  • Classes are good! However I would recommend by starting with some youtube videos to learn proper form for basic poses. (like downward dog, pigeon, cobra, ect..) Yoga With Adrian on youtube is a great place to start for that! I also love to use a website called .yogajournal.com. You can build your own sequence and print it…

  • I used to cycle to school which was about 8k each way.I think the most I would do is 15k, however waking up early enough everyday is what I would struggle with. :ohwell:
  • Yes yes I am in! :D Current Weight: 145 Goal Weight: 140 Ultimate Goal Weight: 135
  • I got all of my stretch marks in the sixth grade when I hit puberty and gained a lot of weight! (in my thighs and hips). Ever since then, they've been present and don't seem to be fading much or show any signs of going away. They're all a very bright white colour and are pretty noticeable. However I've learned to stop…
  • I`m currently at 145, and aiming for 135! I was at that weight last year and looked my best, it`s just so hard getting back to it.
  • bump bump bump! I'm going to make these for a picnic tomorrow :3
  • pictures of ladies/men doing handstands and other yoga inversions! ahh one day I'll be capable :flowerforyou:
  • I have struggled with emotional binge eating for almost my entire life. I became so dependant on food that when feeling upset/stressed/anxious, I would grab as much food as I could and stuff it in my face for hours! oh how the calories would so easily build up.... I found that I used food as a mechanism for my body to feel…
  • bump because I LOOOOOVE Indian food, but haven't eaten it in over a year because I always go crazy and will eat it all. With it being so calorie heavy I just avoid it all together. I think after I run Spartan Race in a month I'm going to reward myself with all you can eat Indian buffet.... :smooched: :smooched: I would…
  • close my eyes and just focus on my breath, stretch a little bit sometimes I'll just watch all the strong dudes in my gym do their crazy strong liftin' thing (and get mad jealous)
  • gin and tonic :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
  • I've tried going completely raw a couple of times and only lasted about 2 weeks. I found that it made me feel ill, tired, bloated, and just generally not very good. All that raw food (especially fruits and veggies) is really hard on the digestive system. If you want to go raw, I would recommend trying raw until 4! So you…
