  • Tell him to fend for himself. I used to cook for my ex, wanting to eat a nice meal together, and he would say "he wasn't hungry". He told me if I was hungry, to make things myself since I had 2 hands. I say every person for themselves! That way both people can get what they nutritionally want/need.
  • There's about .5% of the population that has this. And most of them are models that are over 6 foot and weigh around 100 lbs. In other words, it's out of the ordinary. I don't think anyone focuses on that part of a person.
  • Yes and no. All those extra calories left over after a day = weight lost! Hopefully most days you'll have leftover calories. On the days you don't exercise and go out to eat (for me it's on the weekends sometimes) you'll probably be over. So long as you burnt enough to be at or over your weekly goal, you're good. But I…
  • Ignore those calories. When you signed up, it asks you how active you are at work, then calculates how many extra calories you should burn in a day based on that.
  • The beer calories are part of your daily calories. But for the caloric content of 2 guinesses, for example, you could have eaten a meal. Technically if you stay under your caloric intake for the day and exersise, you will lose weight. Regardless if you have added beer.
  • I used to eat 2 eggs once a week or more, and those 2 eggs have more cholesterol than what I should have in a day, so I switched to egg beaters, which has none. Pretty much they are made from egg whites. They do taste different but I put seasoning in them. I do miss making egg salad sandwiches though.
  • The answer is no, if you mean steps you take in your daily routine. When you enter in how active you are at work when you first sign up, they calculate how much calories you would burn not doing extra exercise. Your pedometer steps are already taken into account here. Any calories you gain by doing extra exercise are ones…
  • I would say it sounds like your body is used to a routine, therefore you are simply maintaining your weight or only losing a few pounds. I would try something different. Instead of going to the gym, jog or bike outside a day or two a week. If you usually use machines at the gym, try taking a class. You have to surprise…
  • You can poop or pee and not drink enough water and be down two pounds. You probably just maintained your weight.
  • 10 pounds in 6 months is pretty minimal. Sometimes not even noticeable. I would just continue taking your Webutrin, and exercise more. Or stay under calories per day if you're going over. Or keep an eye on the fast food if you eat a lot of that.
  • I would see a doctor. Certain medications can leave this taste in your mouth too.
  • You could do a moderate amount of exercise and not be over 300 calories- even a walk around the block might do it. Or, if you don't want to leave the house, there is exercisetv on digital cable, with lots of workouts where you can do them on your own time, in the privacy of your house.
