Hi I can totally relate and I need to do properly this time, to do focus on being fit and healthy rather than expecting instant results in two weeks. I definitely would like support from someone in a similar mindset to help keep us motivated.

Oh yes please! I'm trying to walk 10,000 steps today and would love someone to keep motivated with. [removed]

This does help, thank you. Especially the breakfast thing as I can easily go without. Thanks for the advice re number of fast days. I will bear the traps in mind. Xx

Beautiful horse x. Am having a down day. Managed to put 3lb on over the weekend :( I wasn't really bad but did have a couple of treats. Have now sabotaged my fast day by having a bad day at work which resulted in mindlessly eating boiled sweets and a packet of crisps. Will probably also have a glass of wine that is calling…

So after two fast days and being strong on avoiding the shortbread in the office, I thought I would treat myself with a slice after my lunch today, only to find its all gone!!! :o am secretly glad as I wouldn't have been able to resist but also gutted!
-
My first week and I've achieved 3 fast days and a Chinese takeaway that had already been booked :( feeling good that I've managed the fast days though :)
-
Thank you! Looking forward to talking to you all. I am finding the fast day fine whilst at work as can keep myself busy, it's when I get home my danger time. Love the fact that we can access the community posts on the app now!

That's interesting. I might go up to level 2 tomorrow and then not do it at weekends (but do the treadmill instead) and maybe keep the shred to the week - which would make sense time wise. Maybe that will help make a difference? Thanks for your thoughts.
-
Thanks for your replies. When your weight drops with a rest day - does it go back up again when you start shredding again or does it stay down? Do you think sticking to the shred will eventually help you lose quicker than not doing it?

Day ten complete.

Level one, day 9!!! Starting to enjoy getting through it now and definitely feeling stronger - which is why I don't want to move onto Level 2!!!!!!!
-
Day 8 - finding it easier (typically just in time for Day 11!). Still haven't seen any changes in measurements and scales have gone up. Trying really really hard to be patient!! :(
-
Level One, Day 7 - think I'm finding it easier but can't be sure! Haven't seen any difference yet measurement wise and the weight has gone up, trying really hard to be patient!!!!!
-
Level One - Day Four done. Still find the first set of cardio a killer on my calves! Definitely not as achey though. Bit fed as my weight seems to have gone up though :grumble:
-
Southampton! Have realised having friends on here will motivate me so much more!
-
Thanks for this interesting article, I need to not get discouraged as weight has gained slightly but I've still kept in my calories. Need to keep going and see what happens in a few weeks!
-
Day three done, still fine the rope jumps a killer.
-
Day 2 Level 1 complete, Didn't think my aching muscles would let me but got through it! I find the rope jumps a killer for my calves! Only 28 days to go!
-
Hi, I will be completing Day 2 later (if my muscles allow!), as it's sometimes difficult for me to log on to the full site, I could do with some instant support, maybe from people at the same level who are just starting, to make sure I keep going every day when I start flagging! - please feel free to add me so we can help…
-
Level One, Day One! Arms are still shaking two hours after, can't believe I can't do 3 minutes of caridio without stopping. Am determined to complete all 30 days although at the moment, I can't see how I can get through Day 2 tomorrow!!

Hi, I'm Donna from the UK and I know exactly how you feel. A couple of years ago I lost weight and was the smallest I'd ever been - vowed that I would never go back to how I was, felt great about myself. Two years on and I'm two and a half stone heavier (35lb) and have taken to wearing the same 3 outfits as nothing else…

Hi I'm Donna from the UK. Tried the 30DS a couple of years ago, managed to nearly make it to the end and definitely felt more toned! I'm desperate to get back to as near to my profile picture as I can! Started Day 1 today, am determined not to skip any days - my arms are still shaking now though. Can't believe I can't do 3…

Hi If its ok, I'd like to join Team UK?! Always struggled with my weight and successfully lost 1.5 stone just over a year ago which I have now stupidly put all back on and more!!! I am so cross with myself but determined to get close to that again and get back to how I look in my profile picture! Am loving the site and the…
