i'm eating little and often. not snacking late at night like i was...just can't seem to lose much. had blood taken to check it not an under active thyrod too but it isn't. it's like my body thinking 'you lost 2 1/2 u aint getting any more off me'

good luck to you! i 'm new to this too and i used to write things down on paper but i ended with countless pages and thought was a waste. so when a friend showed me this i thought 'wow' and it so helpful. i need motivation from others and going on here forcing me to add my daily food is great.

that what i like because u sometimes never know how much your actually eating. this way i can see and if i have some left over on an evening can see if have enough for a little treat. so good.
