Definitely! I'm planning on getting a boob job after I'm done travelling. Not huge Pamela sized ones, but a large C/small D cup would be nice. Being a size 4-6AUS and having A cups means all my shirts sag and gape and fall down and are generally unflattering. And permanent hair removal from pretty much everywhere, legs,…

Wow! There seems to be a lot of judgemental/superficial people in this thread... :/ I guess that right there would be my deal breaker.

In deep thought! lol

Maybe you should still log it, but in the notes section just put 'ate pizza, kept food down for 1/2 hour'.

Like a punnet? Fresh.

I always wear lace stay ups (sheer or opaque) with a garter belt under my work attire, I feel sexy and professional at the same time. Paired with black pumps, my partner loves it!

The only nuts you should avoid are salted and flavoured ones. Avocado is very rich in nutrients. Maybe try making your own hummus or bean dip and snack on that with carrot sticks? Very yummy and good for you.

Perhaps try cutting down slowly rather than going cold turkey. Maybe try tea or herbal teas at first, or decaf or coffee imitations like 'echo'? I read that an apple is apparently as effective as waking you up in the morning as coffee.

Google 'avocado chocolate mousse', I saw it on one of the boards here and it looked delicious!
-
- Eggs (just don't overboard with cheese, butter or milk if you have them scrambled) - Greek yoghurt with unsweetened muesli or wholegrain cereal (use cinnamon as sweetener) - wholegrain toast with avocado and tomato. Pretty anything wholegrain and full of protein is good for brekky :)

was that directed at me or the guy asking about the metabolism slowing? I understand how carbs are absorbed and stored, i think my paragraph was unclear. I really should proof read, lol :)

Red delicious!

Yes! I have warmed milk with a sprinkle of cinnamon, it's bliss! So toasty and surprisingly filling. I'm getting better at controlling myself, I use all the tricks I gave to you and more (mostly weird 'close eyes and count to one hundred' stuff lol) I'm the opposite, I try to break my meals up into smaller serving, so…

Your metabolism doesn't slow down, there was some crazy diet fad a while go that said 'no carbs after ---pm' because generally, people aren't as active in the evening and so carbs would be stored as fat. It's no necessarily true, but you shouldn't overindulge in simple carbs right before bed (or any time for that matter)
-
As others have said, it's all about which carbs your are eating and how much. Moderation is key! Simple carbs (white rice, white flour, white bread, pasta, crackers etc) will be turned into sugar very quickly and will be stored as fat if not used by the body. Complex carbs (brown rice, wholegrain bread, pasta, quinoa,…

I know what you mean, I definitely need to exercise more! I'm 50% real excuses (college, work) 50% excuses (college, work... the weather haha) I have a massive sweet tooth, so I find not eating the whole cupboard hard :/

Sure thing!

Thanks for the link. I know a lot of studies have been conducted on the issue and their results are pretty much split (I'm sure this could be figured out depending on who sponsors the studies.. But that's a topic for another post.) I guess it depends on why your working out. A body builder knows that after exercise the…

I eat the most when I am home alone, or home with no direction so I usually: - I find gross things turn me off food, so I might clean the bathroom and toilet, or empty the bins or kitty litter tray, or clean out the bottom of the fridge. - Have a tea or warm beverage - Read a book I'm really into (this could also be…

Like the others said, drink water! It might just be habit to eat and your not actually hungry. If that doesn't stop the cravings, I find warm liquids are filling. Green tea is 0 cal, or perhaps try cup-a-soup (reduced salt), most are around 100-130 cal, and are quite filling. Eating slowly might help you not snack on so…

Don't forget the good ol' amino acids either! ;)

It's important to eat protein ASAP after exercising, as this makes for optimum muscle repair.

Turtle, crocodile. Kangaroo cooked traditionally (gutted, skin on, chucked on a fire). I actually think milk is pretty weird. I mean, have you ever actually seen a cows udder before?! The first guy to drink from it must have been pretty strange.

A medium cappuccino on full cream milk from Maccas is 165cal.

Take away coffee that is made on entirely milk can be really high in calories. Or instant with milk and sugar.

Keep in mind most root veges are pretty starchy, so they're good to have before a work out. Another sneaky vege thing is also grate zucchini, carrot or cucumber into almost anything that needs to me mixed or ground; quiche, mince, rissoles, omelettes.. Sorry if some of the previous tips aren't directly relevant, I copied…

- Mashed potato: Use sweet potato and normal potato, and add a little crushed garlic. Yum! - Roasted veggies are easy and tasty : Try roasting carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin, squash, eggplant, corn, onion, garlic, and capsicum. Use rosemary, parsley, garlic flakes, cracked pepper, any herb you like to flavour and drizzle…

Mashed pumpkin with minced garlic is a delicious replacement for potato mash. Maybe make salads with 'dense'; one of my faves is like corn, avocado, capsicum, onion, shallots all diced about the same size with chickpeas. It's quite a filling side dish. Bean mash Mexican style is nice too. Couscous, quinoa, wholemeal pasta…

Yes, ideally you should be eating 1330cal a day.
