Fresh vs Frozen Blueberries?

I have packaged blueberries (example: Driscoll's blueberries) in my fridge and I don't know if that's considered frozen or fresh.

If you keep them in the fridge they are fresh. If you keep them in the freezer they are frozen.0

"Frozen" means they are actually frozen, not just cold.0
