Fresh vs Frozen Blueberries?

Options
I have packaged blueberries (example: Driscoll's blueberries) in my fridge and I don't know if that's considered frozen or fresh.

If you keep them in the fridge they are fresh. If you keep them in the freezer they are frozen.

If you're asking if one is better than the other, the answer is no. If you're asking me what you have, I can't see them and have no idea.

    The Driscoll's blueberries are fresh.

"Frozen" means they are actually frozen, not just cold.
