Easy non dairy, non soya desserts ?

Trying to cut down my dairy a bit due to stomach issues, and avoid too much soya due to hypothyroidism, so am wondering, what can I replace my usual berries, flax and greek yoghurt with each evening ? Having just fruit is not quite the same, and I sort of have been relying on things like yoghurt and cottage cheese for satiety since I do not eat much meat. Help.

cut up apples sprinkled with stevia and cinnamon and then microwaved until soft.

oatmeal + almond milk + cocoa (or nutella, or peanut butter, or pb2, or whatever). Let it cool. Could also add protein powder if you want to turn them in to "HULK MAKE OATS!!"

There are plenty of desserts that are without soy, dairy and meat but are you wanting a dessert that also includes protein? I would go with a decadent smoothie in that case.

Almond milk, protein powder of your choice, strawberries, banana, plus cocoa powder = Heavenly Chocolate-strawberry shake.

Also, they have coconut based yogurts now, usually kept near the soy ones. They are a little weak on the protein vs a greek kind but if you like yogurt & berries you can still do it.

Thanks for the ideas, several of them sound like a nice alternative. I had totally forgotten about overnight oats too. I saw someone here had almond milk ice cream made with casein and peanut butter but not sure what would work in lieu of the casein.

take a banana or two, break it into pieces.
    freeze a few hours.
    blend.
    makes a frozen yogurt texture.
from there you can add nuts, chocolate or carob chips, drizzle honey etc

I don't eat dairy or soy, and tried to use almond milk for a while, but the guar gums really upset my digestive tract. Hope you have better luck!

I am in the same boat.... Just found out last week that I am lactose intolerant, and I pretty much have a greek yogurt frozen with fruit every night... (Until I found out) Last night I took 4 strawberries, a banana, 2 tangerines, and about half a cup unsweetened almond milk, put it all in my Ninja blender with ice, and presto! It made quite a bit, so I froze what was left, It will freeze up, but I think it will be awesome like that too :)

Google 'avocado chocolate mousse', I saw it on one of the boards here and it looked delicious!
