There are three levels to the thirty day shred. That video you have above is just the first level. I've been able to find the first two levels on YouTube but the third level someone else was able to find for me on some foreign site but the video didn't load well. You do each level ten days.

Fantastic job! I'm currently in nursing school so I know the struggle.

Any nurses feel free to add me! I'm still in nursing school but I'm already seeing the temptations. :)

I know one of my Dad's friends had a dizziness problem from drinking diet soda so that could very well be the problem. However, I think that it would still be a good idea to go see the doctor. Also, I know vitamin A excess can cause those kinds of symptoms as well... I noticed you said that you took a multivitamin tablet…

Do I count? I was homeschooled from infancy through to highschool and I plan on homeschooling my own children. :) I'll definitely incorporate some nutrition and fitness into my curriculum when the time comes.

I've thought a lot about upping my calories but never have gotten up the nerve... maybe I should. Thanks! :)

I would measure myself except I happen to be extraordinarily ticklish so I really can't measure myself without bursting into fits of laughter... you should have seen someone try to practice the heimlich maneuver on me during CPR training... :(

To lose one lb a week MFP puts me at 1200 calories... I manually put it to 1300 to give me a bit of leeway. I honestly am not a big fan of lifting... I did the 30DS about a month ago and I did lifting then but I haven't since. I wouldn't say I do a lot of moving in school... though it depends on the day... mostly I sit…

I think I'll really regret it if I don't indulge in the Christmas deliciousness so I will indulge... just not too heavily.

I haven't in the past, but I've tried to make a more conscious effort to do so recently. I figure it will probably stop me from overeating quite so much. Whatever works for you. :)

Really don't have any suggestions. I've never been a big fan of yoga because of my wrists hurting. Maybe it goes away if you keep doing it for a long time.

Where can they be bought? Maybe I'm just missing them but I couldn't find them at Wal Mart. I've heard rave reviews about them too. :)

Calorie wise it isn't much of a difference but whole wheat has a ton more fiber (white flour has pretty much nil). I grew up with whole wheat flour so that's what I'm used to. If you want to transition into it I would suggest using half and half in baking until you get used to it.

This recipe (sorry about the messed up formatting) is for secretly healthy double chocolate muffins. However, I was informed by a judge at the county fair that one could make a birthday cake out of the recipe and no one would ever know that they were really healthy. However, honestly, on my birthday, I would just call it a…
