@jewel22887 see that's exactly what i was nervous about. the wedding is sept 28th and i took it in 2 weeks ago and got measured for my fittings. maybe i should wait...ugh this is frustrating!

Yeah, I don't expect to be ripped like they always show in pictures! haha! but i like how structured it is and after the 12 weeks, i plan on using it to create my own workout plan. I think I am just going to go for it! I can't see myself putting on that much muscle or getting that "big" that the dress won't fit...

Thanks! How are you liking the program so far? Are you following her food reccomendations? Yeah, if it weren't for being in this wedding and worrying about my dress not fitting, I wouldn't be concerned because I know what getting into Phase 3 you lean out so much!! Good luck!! :)

I have been reading up on it and am going to be starting it next week. I don't plan on really following the meal plan, may do some of it but I will continue to track my food on here. Good luck!

Thank you! I was referring the calories burned. I know it's probably not 100% accurate, but I would still like to keep track of it. I already created my own Workout Log to keep track of my reps and weight, but may still check that out. Thanks!!

hmm maybe ill just have to try out. it would be nice to use it in place of a slice of cheese b/c it has a lot of protein. but just putting it the cheese on the sandwich would be messy

i cook a lot with olive oil...never thought to try it on my sandwiches!

what do you suggest? that's the only mayo i like anyways. my sandwiches always consist of turkey, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, green peppers, and pickles! :)
