30 Day Shred

I am thinking about doing the 30 Day Shred, but wanted to hear from some ladies on how it worked out for them? I am 5' 2.5" and weight 129 lbs and am mainly looking to now tone up and get stronger. I work and go to school full time, so I want to have a workout that I can just exactly follow. In addition to the 30 Day Shred, I am going to jog 3 times a week. Anyone have any results they would share with me? I need some inspiration! THANKS!

Wow, I wanted to ask the same thing. Im around 5"1 and weigh 120ish pounds. I just got the DVD, havent tried it yet, but it sounds amazing and worth trying.0

I recommend it. I am 5 days in, and I have lost two pounds. Two inches from my stomach, and an inch off my thighs.
I am heavier then you (166) so yo may not see the same weight loss, but if you search the forums for 30 day shred, there are a bunch of progress pics.0
