30 Day Shred

I am thinking about doing the 30 Day Shred, but wanted to hear from some ladies on how it worked out for them? I am 5' 2.5" and weight 129 lbs and am mainly looking to now tone up and get stronger. I work and go to school full time, so I want to have a workout that I can just exactly follow. In addition to the 30 Day Shred, I am going to jog 3 times a week. Anyone have any results they would share with me? I need some inspiration! THANKS! :)
