  • LOL I know high protein and Atkins is probably the "smart" thing in the long run...but in the short run, its ROUGH. Feeling hungry despite being able to eat bacon and cheese is ROUGH.
  • Do what I do- eat the craving! Youll get over it, and youll hopefully be sated. I don't pay too much attention to the #'s in individual categories here. A bowl of yogurt and fat free coffee sweetener for breakfast and Im usually over my sugars right away, lol.

  • Well I go over almost everyday. Right now, Im eating my breakfast (low fat yogurt, fat free creamer in my coffee) and apparently Im done for today.
  • I think you should ease up on yourself and do some FUN activities. Ill admit it- I really dislike exercising and dieting. LOL. If I didnt live in a frozen wasteland right now, Id find a buddy to go hiking with. I always thought that kind of stuff was fun.
  • All my sisters and my mom were busty. Then I lost weight after high school and have been to a size B I guess. Now Im kind fo between B and C.
