I'm from the uk (south Wales) and its really uncommon I've only ever seen one person that is so big they need. Wheelchair and that was shocking! On the other hand living with not many obese people means u have a clear understanding of what healthy weight is! Although it could be because I avoid any fast food places?!

The thing that works for me is jumping into a warm shower soon afterwards, i tend to get cold because your soacked through sweat, Think of how you feel when you just get out of a shower and its chilly! Hey, you probs know already but wraps are carbohydrates ? If you don’t want to be eating carbs after 6 then your best bet is just to team either fish or chicken with salad or warm veggies, i.e. Salmon with broccoli and peas or chicken with butter nut squash and onion gravy etc :) Hope this helps abit! Anyone else thinking well atleast there at the gym?!? some people buy all there new fashionable gym gear and dont even have the motivation to wear it! On the other hand, my gym is dissapointing other than the odd guy who matches his headphones with his trainers (far too much thought for the gym)!

Thats the same as me! I saw a picture of what 1 lbs of fat looks like (enough to have to hold with two hands!! )and everytime i loose 1 lb i think back to that! It tends to be the people you havnt seen in a while, so if your seeing the same people day in day out dont get disheartened! Mine was two days ago when a work collegue said I am looking 'smaller' ha! x

Maybe bring a snack to work that you can have an hour before going to the gym like a bananna which will give you energy to exercise?

Thats awsome if that correct, but double check that your distance is right :) theres a few apps you can use like nike run, that tells you how long you've run and how many calories, if this isnt accessable try running on a treadmill if you would like to be certain and check the distance! In all fairness, Ive been eating 1,100 and not eating back my exercise calories. And ive been loosing two pounds per week (for the last 7 weeks) so If you stick to 1,200 without eating back the exercise calories in my opinion this is the way you will loose 2lbs. Its low but aslong as you are eating correctly its fine :)…
