I just finished week 2 of the P90X series and I love it!!! but to answer your question, there schedule has me doing it on Day 1, 3, & 5.

For my money the way to go is a Polar model. I use a FT7 and my wife has a FT4.

I work the same hours and I find it easier to try to stay with a normal day's routine. When I get off work in the morning I have breakfast and then go to bed. Whenever I wake up that’s lunch (1PM) and then I have Dinner about 5PM. I usually keep a back up snack (fruits) at work to get through midnight.
