So could someone please tell me where i go to figure out my calories for a day. Every site i use puts at around 1200. I am 5 2" and 141 lbs 47 year old female. work in a office all day. Don't do much exercise maybe 1 hour a week on the treadmill. i am so confused about how to go about losing weight. Help?

I know what you mean I have exercising and staying at 1200. Weighed after 1 week no change. They tell me that with the exercising I am replacing fat with muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. I think my legs feel a little tighter. I also try not to eat back my exercise calories

Don't give up MFP really does work you may have to trey a different way for your body maybe don't eat back excercise calories Etc.

Started last fall to lose 25-30 lbs. went from 145 to 135 got stuck gave up after a few months at the same weight. Now looking to start again and hope fully get over that hump New starting weight 142.3. Want to break back into the 120's. I am 5 2 and 47. Any help on how to get over a hump would be appreciated.
