Hey Acacia!!! Same thing happened here. I was down 46 lbs and now im down only 25. :( But thanks to John below and his very encouraging message Ive been back on track since last week. WE CAN DO THIS!!! Welcome back !!! Hang in there!!!

Katie that is hilarious!!! What is it about 336? We need to stop letting our minds get the better of us i guess. my goal for the month of June is to be down to 326. I need to get out of these 330s!!! Thanks for the support dear!

As everyone else has said..STRETCH! Also, I find rolling a can of food, I use green beans, under your foot back and forth helps after exercise. You could use a tennis ball too. :)

Hey Nicole, try Sparkrecipes.com They have a lot of great ideas for healthy desserts , foods, etc. If you find a way to make strawberry shortcake in a healthy way, let me know, its one of my favs! Ive had it on angelfood cake instead of short cake with fatfree whip cream and it was just as delicious! Good luck dear! :)

My biggest fear is regression. Pandorian hit it on the spot when he said, oh i did good , now its time for a bag of dorritos. I'll lose weight and then say, oh I'll take this weekend off cuz I'm doing so good. WRONG! Weekends are always tough for me.
