I found a sports bra that has a built in pocket in the front that I can put my iPhone 6 in. So far I LOVE it but I'm not sure how I will like it when it gets hotter and I sweat more!! At first when I tried eggs fried in coconut oil I thought it tasted funny but now I love it!! I have 1 fried egg (coconut oil) on whole wheat toast with hot sauce every morning ;) The parm sounds good too!

Hi, I make a Cucumber dressing/dip that I put on chicken pitas or eat with veggies! Here it is: Shred 1 cucumber in food processor. I usually have black coffee and 1/4 cup of Bear Naked Granola in the morning. It seems to do the trick of keeping me full and having energy! It has 140 calories and 10 grams of protein :)

I'm pear shaped at 5'5" 130-132 pounds. I have found doing lots of cardio helps my legs get smaller and more toned. I just started running/walking more often and for a longer distance....and I can see a difference in my legs. I agree that yoga/Pilates would help also.
