coconut fried eggs and parmasan cheese

Yesterday I fried 3 eggs in coconut oil 100% then topped it off with parmasean cheese. Tasted so much better than olive oil.

    My goto breakfast is 2 eggs fried in a little coconut oil. I usually put pepper or garlic pepper on top, but the parm sounds yummy!

    At first when I tried eggs fried in coconut oil I thought it tasted funny but now I love it!! I have 1 fried egg (coconut oil) on whole wheat toast with hot sauce every morning ;) The parm sounds good too!

    I had pictured a hard boiled deep fried egg with coconut oil, ugh. Your descriptor sounds better anyway.
