lazy day off work so i did a 5K run this morning and have barely moved since then, life is good0

A day after ran so it involved puddle jumping, and we got lost so the run ended up being double the time planned on.0 -

Fartlek training. 1 mile on treadmill, 2 miles on elliptical. Sweat like crazy!!!
It's weird though when I exercise early like I did today. I always end up feeling like I can go for another workout later.0 -

Today was great! I started with Jillian Michaels 30DS this morning (20 min), noon I went to a Vinyasa Yoga class (55 min) and this evening I went to a kickboxing class (45 min).0

Morning started off with a 1 hr dog walk and 45 minutes of Yoga on the deck. After lunch I hit the gym for some Cardio(30 minutes on the stairmaster and 30 minutes on the Arc Trainer) followed by 30 minutes of Lower Body Weight session.0
