    2x300 choice, 12x50 kick, 8x50 breath control (5-4-3-2-4-3-2-1), 2x (4x200, 2x200), 100, 2x (4x50, 3x50, 2x50, 1x50), 200.
    Send offs were hard though.

    Hey guys went hiking yesterday & forgot to post yesterdays workout. 6 hour hike up 1800m very steep very tough but AWESOME!

    Leg Press 5x8 pyramid 170/190/210/190/170
    Leg Extension -5x8 pyramid 45/60/75/60/45
    Ham Curl - 5x8 pyramid 30/40/50/40/30
    Abductors - 3x8x100lb
    Adductors-3x8x80lb
    Walking Lunges 5sets x 20reps decending weight 50/40/30/20/BW
    Abs - Ex ball crunches 2x15
    Obliques 2x15
    Hanging raises to exhaustion

    That should do it for me this week!! I'm going to indulge for Thanksgiving....alittle mashed with gravy please? and of course some lovely wine!!

    the nerd fitness body weight circuit, a 15 minute interval run and almost an hour of pilates with Fiona Apple blaring like the sexy lady she is.

    Half hour strength training (legs) with trainer. Fifteen minutes on treadmill. Should have been 40 min. on treadmill, but I overdid it yesterday and my hip was hurting a lot. I didn't want to end up causing an injury that would mean missing working out in the future, so I stopped. :-( I will try to go for a swim in my pool later.

    I am proud of myself today.

    I did a 60 minute Spin class, swam 3750 meters in the pool (I think that's around 150 laps) AND walked my dog this morning! :)

    15 min jog followed by 30 mins strength training with 15 swim this morning - then a 5 mile walk with friends followed with a nice cup of tea - now doing a night duty!!

    7 mile run in about an hour 798 cals burned according to my HRM which was great since i went out to lunch AND dinner! I also lifted back & legs today but i don't count those cals
